L&M Office Furniture
Website Redesign + Build
A long-standing commercial office furniture store specializing in high-quality workspace solutions for businesses of all sizes and industries, wanted a modern, easy-to-navigate website that showcased their product inventory, highlighted their expertise in office solutions, and generated more inquiries from businesses. With a wide range of products, from ergonomic chairs and desks to complete office buildouts, the company had established itself as a longtime trusted provider. Despite their decades-long reputation and expansive service offering, their digital presence did not reflect the scale, quality, or professionalism of their offerings.

Role:
UX/UI Design @ Leadline Marketing
Challenges
Visual Appeal: Modernize an outdated design that lacked the visual impact by incorporating their expansive catalog of photography needed to inspire prospective clients who were, at their core, making decisions about how their spaces would look and feel
User Experience: Restructure navigation and content architecture to improve limited product organization that was causing difficulty for users to browse product categories efficiently, including a poor mobile experience
Conversions: Improve low engagement and limited lead generation from the existing site by implementing clear and readily available CTAs throughout the site
My Approach
As the web designer, I began by auditing the existing site and mapping out a new structure that prioritized usability and product discovery then shifted focus on creating a visually engaging, conversion-driven website that balanced product showcasing with clear pathways for customer inquiries.
Visual Storytelling: Introduced a clean, contemporary layout with high-quality imagery showcasing beautifully furnished spaces across key categories to inspire potential buyers
Intuitive Navigation: Reorganized the site into clear categories to make browsing intuitive, giving equal weight to the services side of the business, ensuring that offerings were positioned as part of a cohesive, full-service value proposition
Conversion: Implemented clear calls-to-action throughout the site, encouraging users to request quotes, schedule consultations, or contact the team
Results
The web site launched showcasing the full range of products in a visually compelling and organized way, reinforcing the company’s credibility as a professional office furniture provider. By improving user engagement through better navigation and mobile usability, quote requests and consultation inquiries increased because potential customers gained the confidence that L&M was the right partner to bring their space to life.
Conclusion
The redesigned L&M website brought their digital presence in line with the caliber of work they've been delivering for over sixty years. By building a site that leads with inspiration, communicates the full scope of their services, and makes it easy for the right clients to take the next step, L&M now has a powerful sales and marketing tool to attract new clients, support larger commercial projects, and position itself as a leader in office furniture solutions.
